Street Banker

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Street Banker Inc., a North Carolina corporation ("Street Banker", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Street Banker or any of its suites, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Street Banker for a company, label or band, you agree for them too and confirm you are allowed to. We provide software tools for independent artists and labels: royalty statement analysis, smart links, press kits, fan capture, release, tour and studio tools and related workflows. We provide software, not professional services.

Who owns the software

The Street Banker software, its design, screens, text, artwork, code, data models and documentation, and the names and marks Street Banker, Royalty Sweep and the names of the suites and tools inside the service, belong to Street Banker Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We call all of that, plus our systems, models, templates and methods, "Street Banker Technology". Using the service gives you no ownership of any of it and no right to use those names or marks.

What you own

You keep all rights you own or control in the music, artwork, statements, documents, fan lists and other material you upload or create in the service (your "content"). You are responsible for having the rights and permissions we need to process it, including for samples, artwork, photos and other people's voices or likeness.

  • You give us only the licence we need to store your content, process it for the features you use, and show it back to you and to the people you choose to share it with (public press kits, smart links, sync packs). We also use it for support and security work you would expect, and where the law requires.
  • Some features send your upload to a service provider we use to run that feature (for example audio analysis or AI image generation). That provider processes it under their own terms, only to give the result back to us and then to you.
  • We do not use your uploads to train AI models. That means your private recordings, stems, lyrics, prompts, images, video and documents, and anything made from them, are never used to train, tune, test or improve a general or shared model, by us or by our providers. Taking your name off it does not change that. Running a feature you asked for on your own project is not model training. If you ever want a model trained just for you, that needs its own written agreement saying what goes in, for how long, and how it is deleted.
  • We may use service measurements and combined, anonymous usage data to keep the service secure and reliable, to bill, to plan capacity and to see how features are used. That data is never used to rebuild or reveal your content.
  • What an authorized feature makes specifically for you ("your output") is yours: to the extent we hold transferable rights in it, we assign them to you, except for Street Banker Technology and any third-party material we tell you about. Where a deliverable contains Street Banker Technology, you get the rights you reasonably need to use that deliverable. Nothing here stops you using your own content or your exports in other services. We tell you about any licensing limit that matters before you buy or generate. We do not promise that output is exclusive, protected by copyright or free of other people's rights: check it, and get any permissions its use needs.

What the tools may do for you

Street Banker suggests, drafts, plans and analyses. A suggestion is not permission.

  • Unless a feature clearly carries out an action and you, or someone you authorized, approve it, nothing the tools produce lets us publish content, contact other people, spend money on ads or anything else, move funds, accept contract terms, sign documents, settle claims, change rights records or permanently delete material.
  • Connecting an outside account (a store, a social account, a music service) is not blanket permission for everything that connection could technically do.
  • Where a feature does carry out an action, your approval names the account, the action, what it covers, the content, who it goes to, any budget, and when and for how long. Anything beyond that needs a fresh approval. Approvals are specific, time-limited where that makes sense, and you can withdraw one; withdrawing stops anything further where we can, but cannot undo an action that has already completed.
  • For each approved action we keep a record of who approved it, when, which account, what it did, its limits and the result, and the screen shows whether it is proposed, approved, sent, completed, failed or cancelled.
  • Accepting these terms, having connected an account earlier, or a standing approval never stands in for your specific confirmation of a separate high-impact action.

Your licence to use the service

While your account is open and in good standing, whether it is a free or fan account or a paid plan, you have a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own artist or label business (or, for a fan account, to follow artists and use fan features), through the screens and published interfaces we provide. That licence ends when your account is closed, when a paid plan you hold ends and is not renewed, or when we revoke it for a breach of these terms.

Your account

Accounts are by invitation for now. You are responsible for your sign-in details, for the accuracy of what you upload, and for what happens in your account. One account is for one artist, label or fan. Team seats, and, for a label or partner account, roster access, are the only ways we offer to share access to an account: its sign-in must not be handed to anyone outside them. You are responsible for what your team does in your account. You must be 13 or older (16 in the EU) to create an account, and 18 or older to hold a paid plan. Tell us at hello@streetbankermusic.com if you think someone else got into your account.

Partners and white label

Some members use Street Banker through a partner (a distributor, label or company) that shows its own name in the app. The partner may have its own agreement with you; these terms still apply to your use of Street Banker.

  • A Label membership, the business-only Label View, and a white-label partner account are three different things and are never treated as the same.
  • White-label partners sign a separate agreement and order form. A white-label licence is not permission to see an artist's private content, and it hands the partner no authority over any artist's copyrights.
  • Where a recovery fee is a percentage, it applies only to the recovery service defined in that agreement and the fee base agreed there, never to all of a catalog's earnings, to estimates, or to unrelated royalty payments.
  • Holding, receiving, paying out, settling or deducting from anyone's money needs its own separate agreement.

Paid plans, credits and billing

Paid plans unlock more features. They are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe.

  • Prices, what each plan includes and the billing cadence are shown on the Plans page and at checkout; the price at the time you buy applies. We give at least 30 days' notice before a price rise reaches you.
  • Your plan renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing; access continues through the paid period. Payments are not refunded for part-months or unused time, except where the law requires.
  • Some suites and tools use credits. Bought credits are yours until you use them, we refund them, or a rule we told you about in advance removes them. Included credits and allowances come with a plan or an offer and reset or run out as we say when you get them. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. Some tools also have a monthly spending limit per account.
  • If a payment fails, we tell you and try again; if it still fails, paid features pause until it is paid. Prices don't include taxes that apply where you live.
  • Before you buy, we tell you the renewal date, the currency, taxes, what happens if a payment fails, our refund rule, how chargebacks are handled, and whether an offer applies to you.
  • A free pass or a first-month offer, where we run one, says who can have it, what it includes, when it starts and ends, whether we take a card, whether it turns into a paid plan by itself or only when you choose to upgrade, the first paid amount, the next renewal amount and date, how to cancel, and what happens to the files you made and any unused allowance. We never put you into a recurring charge you were not told about, and we never shrink an offer after you took it, except where we must act against abuse, for security or to obey the law.
  • Plan limits are part of the service and must not be worked around.

The suites

Street Banker includes separate apps ("suites") such as REACH, Tour, MOTION, The Room and Noise Lab. Each opens with your Street Banker sign-in and is covered by these terms. Which suites your plan includes, and which need credits, is shown on the Plans page.

Private content

Your private content is used only to run the service you asked for, for the support and security work that goes with it, and where the law requires.

  • Only staff and service providers who need it for those purposes can reach it, and each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection duties.
  • We never put your private content in advertising, case studies, public demos or endorsements without a separate permission from you.
  • If we are legally compelled to hand something over, we give only what the law requires and tell you where the law lets us.
  • Backups, incident response, fraud checks and legal holds keep data only for that purpose, with limited access and a written way to delete or release it.

Fan data

Fan emails and pre-save data captured through your campaigns belong to your account. You agree to use them lawfully, including honouring the consent language shown at capture and applicable anti-spam law. Email only fans who agreed to hear from you, and only import contact lists you were allowed to collect.

Estimates and simulations

Catalog valuations, recovery estimates, possible missing money, deal simulations and scores are informational estimates computed from your data and from outside music data services, which can be late, incomplete or wrong. They are not offers, appraisals, promises of payment or professional advice.

AI tools

Some tools use outside AI services to write, make images, process audio or make video. What they produce can be wrong, may look or sound like existing works, and may not be protected by copyright. Check it before you release it; you are responsible for how you use it.

Sharing in public and live use

When you share something publicly or with others through the service, you give us only the rights needed to show it the way you chose. Public display gives nobody advertising, endorsement, AI-training or unlimited reuse rights.

  • To report copyright misuse, impersonation, harassment, a privacy problem or an intimate image shared without consent, email hello@streetbankermusic.com with the link; we handle each kind of report under its own procedure.
  • Stage, lighting, monitoring, touring and physical-production outputs are plans and signals, not sign-offs. You remain responsible for a person approving them, for testing equipment, for venue and manufacturer checks, for qualified people, and for safety on the day. Software output is not a safety certification, an engineering approval or a promise that your hardware is compatible.

What Street Banker is not

Street Banker is a set of tools for running your music business. It is not:

  • a distributor, record label, publisher or collection society: we don't deliver your music to stores, collect your royalties or pay them out unless a feature clearly says it does;
  • a bank or money service: payments for memberships and fan sales go through Stripe;
  • your lawyer, accountant or financial adviser: checklists, contract notes, data rooms and estimates are information, not legal, financial or tax advice. Get professional advice before signing deals or selling a catalog.

What you must not do

You must not: copy, clone, reproduce, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the service or any part of its design, text, screens or code; scrape, crawl, spider, bulk-download or otherwise access the service by automated means (bots, scripts, crawlers or headless browsers) except through interfaces we publish for that purpose; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to derive the source code, models or methods behind the service; circumvent or interfere with plan limits, rate limits, access controls, bot checks or any other protection; share one account's sign-in outside its team seats and, for a label or partner account, its roster access, or let anyone else use your account; use the service, or anything learned from it, to build, train or improve a product that competes with it; upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or harassing content, send spam through the service, fake streams, followers or reviews, or try to breach or overload it.

Enforcement

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account, remove content, block access from particular connections or tools, and refuse future accounts, with or without notice depending on the seriousness of the breach. The owner of Street Banker keeps every legal remedy available for copying, scraping, reverse engineering or misuse of the service, including claims for damages and court orders to stop it. These rights survive the end of your account.

Ending your account

Cancelling a renewal, losing access to a feature, deleting a project, disconnecting an outside account, leaving a label or team, and closing your account are different steps with different effects, and we treat them that way.

  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. While a paid plan is live, Settings asks you to cancel it in Billing first, so closing an account never leaves a hidden renewal charge behind. Before you close, we show what the closure touches: your plan and any future charge, anything still pending, what you can export, and what will be deleted.
  • If a label or team removes you, your own separate workspace is not deleted.
  • Your legal rights to see, export and delete your data, and to move to another service, do not depend on any paid export feature.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or if we stop offering the service, with notice where we can. Sections about ownership, your licence, what you must not do, enforcement and liability survive the end of an account.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate but don't promise it will always be available or error-free; keep your own copies of important files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost royalties, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. You agree to cover our costs if a claim is brought against us because of content you uploaded, emails you sent, or your breaking these terms.

Law and disputes

North Carolina law applies. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in North Carolina. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out.

Separate choices

Agreeing to these terms, acknowledging the Privacy Policy, agreeing to a recurring charge, agreeing to marketing email, and any optional permission for AI training are separate choices. We never bundle one into another. Outside services you connect yourself are separate from the service providers we use to run Street Banker.

Changes

We post updates to these terms here and note the date above, and tell members about important changes before they apply. Continued use after changes means acceptance. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
