Royalty Sweep looks for gaps between what your catalog says and what your paperwork shows. It does not find money. It finds questions, and it keeps track of the answers.
- What it looks at
- Only what you give it: statements you upload, the songs you add, their codes, and the sign-ups you record. It reads nothing from a group Street Banker is not connected to.
- What counts as a lead
- A gap between what your catalog says and what the paperwork shows. For example: a song with no sign-up on file, a split that does not add up, a payer that reports one release but not its twin, or one song listed twice. Each one is a question to answer, not money in the bank.
- How estimates are worked out
- From what your own statements paid for similar songs over a similar stretch of time. Any number shows as an estimated value range, labelled as one. It is math on your data, not a prediction. It changes when your data does, and it needs checking before anyone acts on it.
- How a claim gets checked
- A claim stays here until the missing info is filled in and ownership is confirmed. Fixes and letters are written for you to check and approve. You send them, or you say who can.
- Which steps need a person
- Checking, approving and sending. Finding and matching is automatic. Deciding a finding is real, and acting on it, is up to a person.
- What happens to your data
- Your statements and song info are kept on your account and used only for your own findings. They are not sold. They are not used to train AI unless you say yes. Delete an upload and what was found from it goes too.
Where information can come from

What the words mean
Potential missing income is a gap worth asking about. A possible registration gap is a song with no sign-up on file. An estimated value range is math on your own statements. It is not a prediction, and someone has to check it. Verified recovered income is the only phrase here that means money really arrived.
