Rollout Plan

Plan it. Launch it. Live it.

From release dates to posts and tour stops. Here is what the app does, what it hands back to you, and what it will not do for you.

How it runs

  1. Plan Pick the release date, how long the campaign runs, the cities you are aiming at, your goals and the files you have.
  2. Build Write the captions, pitches and emails here. Make the video in Motion and the cover art in Cover Studio, then attach the finished files from your Vault.
  3. Schedule Set the dates, where each post goes, who does it, who approves it, and the tracking links.
  4. Launch Post each piece on its day, on the channels you approved.
  5. Adapt Look at the results and change the timing, the posts, the cities or the follow-up.

Plan lengths

14-day, 21-day, 30-day, 60-day, 90-day — chosen from the release date, not from a template.

Example campaign

21-day rollout

Days are counted from release day. This is an outline, not a schedule: nothing here is anyone's real campaign.

Schedule-ready, not published for you

Nothing posts itself
Street Banker prepares the post, the caption and the date. Publishing it is up to you, or a platform integration that is not live yet.
Email and SMS are integration-ready
The sequence is built and waiting on a provider connection.
Approval required
Anything that leaves the workspace passes through an approval first.
Video is made in Motion, cover art in Cover Studio
Street Banker does not cut video. Each post's edit plan says what to make; Motion is where you make it, and the finished file comes back through your Vault. Cover art is made in Cover Studio.
