- Data ownership
- Uploading music, artwork, statements or song info to Street Banker gives us no rights to any of it. The music is yours. Your account is just where it is kept in order.
- AI training consent
- We do not use your music or images to train AI unless you give a separate, clear yes. You choose to turn it on. It is never on by default for you to hunt down and switch off.
- Uploaded music and images
- Your files are kept on your account and used only for your own findings, previews and finished work. They are not sold, and not shared outside the work you asked for.
- What a recommendation is
- Every Artist Twin read shows what it looked at, how sure it is and what it is missing. It does not predict a hit, a deal or a dollar amount, and it does not replace your own judgement.
- Royalty verification
- A finding is a question with proof attached. It has to be checked before anything is sent anywhere. Any estimate on it is math on your own statements, not a prediction.
- Automated publishing
- Nothing gets sent without your OK. Street Banker gets releases, campaigns, sign-ups and claims ready. Sending them out is up to you, or someone you say can.
- Deleting your data
- Delete an upload and what was found from it goes too. Close your account and your records go with it.
- Export
- Your catalog record can be downloaded and taken somewhere else. Leaving should be easy, not costly.
- Collaborator permissions
- Access is set per release and per role. Someone invited to confirm a split sees that release and nothing else in your catalog.
- Audit history
- Every change is saved with a date and who made it. Nothing is overwritten quietly. That is what makes the record count in a dispute.
